The Sorceress' Mystic Fountain


Outside the Sorceress' of the Ancient's Castle (more commonly known as the residence of the Fifty-first Earl of Glen Rowan), lovely gardens, ponds and fountains can be seen. This is but one example.

At night the fairies and be-winged creatures belonging to the Order gather here to play music, discuss affairs of the day or to plan future schedules not already addressed by the Sorceress and her loyal staff.

Every denizen of the Order is required to work; it is considered shameful and contemptible to slack or to fall behind in chores. Fairies and their ilk are required to tend the land, along with Satyrs and their clansmen. Trolls (along with certain warrior factions of Fairy, Druid and other clans) help guard the forest perimeters. The Trolls have the specific function of watching over access and egress points coinciding with waterways. You'll be able to read more about Trolls in the upcoming title Satyr.

Gaze upon this lovely fountain and consider the day-to-day life of all the creatures of the Order and compare yours. One might well find him or herself wishing to be outdoors with the wonderous beings inhabiting the land, hiding from mankind lest their powers be captured and misused by unworthy humans.
